If your payment plan is Annual plan billed monthly, Adobe will stop charging your credit card after you redeem the code. After the code subscription expires, Adobe will start charging your credit card.

If your payment plan is Annual Plan, Prepaid, the code subscription expiration date will be added at the end of the paid subscription period.

When activating another plan in the same Adobe account
Your subscription will work in conjunction with the paid subscription. For example: Imagine you have a Creative Cloud Photography subscription with 20 GB of storage. However, you do have an activation code for all Creative Cloud apps. In this case, when you redeem your activation code, your subscription to all Creative Cloud apps will run in parallel with your subscription to Creative Cloud Photography.
